Your Private Spot You’ll have your own little studio right in my backyard paradise, with your own way in and your own bathroom. Right outside, the backyard’s yours to enjoy – there’s a place to eat, a garden full of veggies, a cabana, a massage chair, a hot tub, and a pool waiting for you! Smoking’s okay but only outside. Yep, we’re 420 friendly.
Inside the studio, there’s a comfy queen bed, a full bathroom, a small kitchen area, lots of closet room, a big TV, Netflix, and free wi-fi. Everything’s set up for your comfort with AC, heating, and a ceiling fan.
Parking’s easy and safe. You’re close to a bus stop, a grocery store, and Balboa Lake park. It’s a quiet, welcoming neighborhood, not far from Ventura Blvd, where there’s plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop. A quick drive takes you to lovely hikes in Topanga Canyon.
Getting around’s a breeze with quick access to major roads – the 405 and 101. You’re within easy reach of Magic Mountain, The Getty Museum, Universal Studios, and Van Nuys Airport.
We’re near Cal State Northridge and Pierce College, not too far from Hollywood, Downtown LA, and the beach. But remember, it’s just for two guests, no visitors, and sorry, no pets or parties. Note that we have a security camera at the gate for everyone’s safety, but we respect your privacy with no cameras in the studio or backyard.
Enjoy the Backyard Besides your studio, the whole backyard’s yours – the pool (it’s not heated), cabana, hot tub, outdoor table, and the vegetable gardens.
While the backyard’s a shared space, we usually leave the pool and hot tub for you to enjoy on your own. My partner and I live in the main house and might pop by the garden occasionally, but we always respect your privacy.
A Few More Details Just a heads-up, the backyard is shared, so please keep that in mind. While your studio will be spotless, outdoor areas might have leaves or dust from time to time. We do our best to keep the pool and hot tub clean with regular service, but nature happens. Thanks for understanding
